Competitive Team Information

Competitive Teams Registering with MSA:  Policy and Procedures

If you are a competitive team registering through Mansfield the following applies to you:

Registration begins July 10th

What you need to register "HOME" Association in Mansfield:

1. Club Fact Sheet
2. Club Bylaws
3. Fees -  $100 administrative fee ($50 per season fall and spring)
    $25 for each player
    $5 for each coach, assistant coach and managers
4. USYSA Registration form for each player (name must be same as on B.C.)
5. Birth Certificate for each player
6. North Texas Roster - only players that you have forms and B.C. for can be on the
     roster. Blank North Texas roster forms are available on the North Texas website.

7. Risk Management forms and a copy of the Drivers License for each Coach, 
    Assistant Coach, Team Manager on the roster (copies must be submitted with 
    each team he/she coaches or manages and the names must be the same as on 
    the Driver's License)
8. Competitive Team is responsible for any and all other cost, not MSA.
9. Competitive teams must adhere to MSA ByLaws, Rules & Regulations, Code of 
     Ethics and Policies and Procedures.
