PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO REGISTERING ONLINE

If you have any questions concerning the online registration process please click on the Q & A link prior to calling the MSA Office. Most of your answers will be answered on this page. Online Registration is available for a month or more. If you wait until the last moment to register and the site is down or your computer has problems accessing the site and you can not register your child before the deadline you will be charged the $10 late fee. This is why MSA strongly recommends you register early to help prevent any of these issues. MSA has been doing online registrations for over ten years now and has had very little to no server down time. It is your responsibility to not put off registration until the last moment.

Make Sure Your Computer & Browser Meet The Following Requirements!

● Please note that you will need current browsers (Internet Explorer 7.x or FireFox 3.x or newer). MSA Recommends using Internet Explorer 7.x or FireFox 3.x when possible.

● MSA has contracted with Got Soccer to electronically process credit card payments online.

● If you would like more information on our Soccer Association, click on the Mansfield Soccer Association Logo at the top of the page, and it will take you back to the MSA Main Page. There are links on the Main Page that will return you to this page.

● Online registration is only for Mansfield Soccer Association recreational, academy or competitive players or teams. Competitive players should not register individually here, this should be done by the team coach or manager and should be registered as a team.

MSA is not liable for damage to any hardware or software caused by the installation of these browsers!

Since we have made the decision to go back to Sports Pilot you will be able to select your team when you register. However, the draft rules still apply, if we are unable to confirm that your child played on the team you select either in the Spring 10 or the Fall 09 season your child will be moved to unassigned and drafted to a new team.

If you sat out this past season then you will be forced to choose new player or returning player that did not play in the past season.

Please do not be concerned, MSA has not changed its policy that if your child sat out only one season and there is room on the team he/she can still return to that team. We just need you to put what team they should be returning to in the comment section of registration.

Please understand that if your child has not played for a team in the past two seasons then they will automatically be placed back into the player draft. This is a MSA Rule that we as an association have outlined in our bylaws. This does not include indoor soccer, your child would have had to be a rostered player for that team through MSA in one of the past two season to be considered a returning player to that team.

MSA is also always looking for parents willing to coach, if you are willing to coach, please select the volunteer registration button and register as a coach after getting your child registered. There is no fee to coach a team, just a whole lot of fun and kids that will look up to you for a lifetime.

Refund Info:

To remove your child from a team please contact the registrar and she can help you with this. A refund will be issued if the child quits before the 2nd week of the season. A portion of your registration fee will not be refunded for cost of registration and processing fees. After the 2nd week of the season refunds are granted on an individual basis and at the discretion of the board.

Online Registration begins July 1st, 2010 and will run until July 31st, 2010 for the Season. Late registration begins August 1st, 2010 and ends when all teams are full; an additional $10.00 will be applied to all registrations as a late registration fee. All late registrations are put on a waiting list to see if any positions become available. Placement depends on room for that player to return to his / her team or the need for players on other teams. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we have allowed a month to register online. So please do not put this off, register your child today. U4 & Older

Walk-In Registration will be continued until the end of registration at the MSA Office anytime we have open office hours. During the month of July the phone line will be updated weekly with office hours - due to vacations office hours during July are subject to change.
