Coaches and
Parents, if a practice field has been closed by the City of
Mansfield Parks Department then no team can practice on that
field until the Parks Department has re-opened the complex. The
coach must check the Field Status Line first. If nothing is
mentioned about your fields then it is probably ok to practice
at those fields. You must also adhere to any signs that state
the field is closed or if the complex is locked with a Parks
Department lock. If you want to know prior to your practice then
please call the Field Status Line At (817) 453-1467.
Call this number after 3:30pm the day of your practice to
confirm the status of your practice fields. It is the
responsibility of the coach to check the Field Status Line to
make sure the field they are scheduled to practice on is not
closed.
If you do not
adhere to this you can receive a fine from the City of
Mansfield, be suspended from playing games the coming weekend or
be suspended from coaching in the association for up to one
year.
During the Fall
& Spring soccer seasons all teams must have a field reserved to
guarantee they have a field available to practice on. You obtain
this reservation when you attend the Mandatory Coaches Meeting
and sign up for a practice time. During off season times you
must contact the City of Mansfield Parks Department and rent the
field for the time you want to reserve it. You will be required
to show your reservation permit to obtain the field during the
reserved time. If no one has reserved the field it is on a first
come first serve basis. Each team is only allowed to reserve
either one practice slot or two determined by your age and
gender based commissioners.

age group schedule does not come up this means that age group
commissioner has not provided us your practice schedule. You
will need to contact that commissioner to acquire it. You must

If you click on a practice schedule link and nothing
happens this is because the commissioner of that age group did
not turn in a practice schedule. You will need to contact your
age group commissioner to ask questions concerning that practice
schedule. |
